    * The above fee is inclusive of GST.

    * PG student / resident should attach a certificate from their Head of the Department/Institution.

    Registration Guidelines:

    Children above 12 years have to be registered as accompanying person.

    Mode of Payment:

    All payments in form of Cheque / DD to be made in favor of ”
    Diabesity Forum of Physicians” payable at Jaipur and send it to conference secretariat.

    Cancellation Policy:

    1. Cancellation must be made in writing to the conference secretariat & the refund will be made after one month of the conference.
    2. If cancellation is received on / before 20th Feb 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    3. If cancellation is received on / before 5th March, 2026, 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    4. There after, there is no refund.
    5. Cancellation requests will only be considered if sent via email rajiacmcon2026@gmail.com
